Dr. Bakare Airat Adeola

Dr. Airat Adeola Bakare is a reproductive health researcher, lecturer, and mentor with a special interest in neuroendocrine regulations of female fertility. She holds advanced training in reproductive biology and applies a multidisciplinary approach in understanding infertility indices for the development of treatment interventions. Dr. Bakare has contributed to several peer-reviewed publications and passionate about mentoring young scientists, particularly women, to build capacity in biomedical sciences across Africa. Her ultimate goal is to inform reproductive health policy and practice through cutting-edge research that addresses real-world challenges that affect women. She is also involved in community mentorship of young teenage girls on sexual health where she uses her professional capacity in reproductive biology to educate and mentor them, safeguarding them into becoming great mother and future leaders.
